As of 6:15 PST, traffic appears to have returned to normal volumes.

 

6:12 PST February 19: mPulse Service Degradation

We are seeing indications of a network traffic degradation affecting beacons from the US East region.  We have shifted much of the traffic to other regions and are investigating.  This issue began at 5:59 PST.

21:16 PST February 18: mPulse Maintenance Complete

Our maintenance on mPulse 58 is complete, and we have turned off alerts on our older mPulse system (mpulse-historical).

 

19:04 PST February 18: mPulse Maintenance In Progress

We have activated alerts and reports on mPulse 58; reports from mPulse 57 (mpulse-historical) have been disabled.  We are validating alert functionality at this time - for the next few hours, you may see duplicate alerts if they are triggered from both mPulse 57 and mPulse 58.  We'll post another update in a few hours.

 

18:03 PST February 18: mPulse Maintenance In Progress

We are starting our maintenance now.

 

18:00 PST - 21:00 PST February 18: mPulse Maintenance Planned

The system will remain online, during this window, we will be deploying hotfixes to our mPulse 58 beacon processing systems, to resolve an issue identified last night with our alerting system. There may be a brief interruption in realtime dashboard updates as these fixes are rolled out and systems restarted.

We were sucessfully able to recover the failed datastore. mPulse is back to normal.

Please resume normal use.

 

09:00  PST - February 18: Planned CTM maintenance In Progress

We have started our CTM maintenance; during this work, it will not be possible to start or stop environments using CTM.

 

09:00-12:00 PST - February 18: Planned CTM maintenance, expected to last for 3 hours

You will not be able to start or stop environments using CloudTest Manager during this window. If an environment is up and running you will be able to launch grids and otherwise use CloudTest as normal.

We have completed the restart and mPulse is functioning normally at this time.

We are performing the restart now.

The system will remain onlineduring this window, we will performing another emergency restart of a component of our beacon processing infrastructure.  This is to resolve the issue described here
