Hi Rishad, there is no user limit from an architectural standpoint. It's a matter of how much hardware you use. We've run many tests in excess of 1M virtual users. What you need to do is consider what configuration to use when you spin up your main and database, along with how many load generators you'd spin up in a grid and in how many locations. Depending on the complexity of the scripts and the number of scenarios you'd want to do a calibration to determine how many you need.
As a Premier user you can find some helpful information here https://cloudlink.soasta.com/t5/CloudTest-Methodology-and-Assets/SOASTA-CloudTest-Performance-Test-M..., along with specific information on calibration here https://cloudlink.soasta.com/t5/CloudTest-Methodology-and-Assets/Load-Generator-Calibration/ba-p/228....
I believe you were going to talk to Howard about some questions in the next day or so. You may want to add this to your discussion.
