When I started recording by Extension Recording I’ve cleared browser history. In the same time I have been logged out from Soasta CloudTest. Everything was happening in the Chrome browser.
After that whenever I try to start recording in anyway in Soasta CloudTest I see message: ‘There is already an extension recording in progress. End it before proceeding.’ and can’t start recording process.

We have tried rebooting the database, main server and all maestros but this haven’t helped.
Does anyone know how to deal with this problem?

have you tried deleting the browser cache and cookies and started again the extension recording? Do you still see the message. Can you try to remove the extension and then try adding extension again and resume recording to see if the problem still persists?.

I've started from my computer restart which turned out to be enough to bring back extension recording function.
