Premier Support

The Premier section of CloudLink is where enterprise customers can access chat and the SOASTA Case Management System. In addition, there are SOASTA methodologies, recommended best practices, templates, and troubleshooting documents, as well as a Product Suggestion board, monitored by our Product Management team.

Community Forum

CloudLink’s Forums are the home for highly active discussions among all users of SOASTA products, including SOASTA’s support, performance and engineering teams. A great place to ask ‘how-to’ questions, the community is very responsive, and you’ll also find product releases, FAQ and how to articles.

SOASTA University

SOASTA University and the SOASTA Certification program provide a way for QA Consultants and Performance Testers to learn about SOASTA products and gain official recognition for their experience and knowledge.
